Noeleen completed her Bachelor of Laws at the University of Notre Dame Fremantle in 2009 and was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia in March 2010. Noeleen previously worked at the Department of Immigration and Citizenship and the Womens Legal Referral Service and commenced working at Shann Family Lawyers in August 2010.
