Monica’s academic accomplishments include a Bachelor of Laws from Murdoch University in 2011 and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Australian National University in 2012 with her admission to practice following in 2013. Post admission, whilst Monica enjoys experience within a number of areas – family law, regulatory law, restraining order and criminal injuries compensation - Monica’s passions lie in criminal defence. Her experience within this area is also broad with Monica having practiced in a range of criminal defence settings. Her experience reflects her passion for assisting more vulnerable members of the community.
