Michael completed his Bachelor of Laws at University of Western Australia in 1969 and was admitted to practice law in Western Australia in 1971. He was admitted to practise as a Solicitor in England in 1975. He recently retired from the firm of Bostock & Ryan after 40 years as an equity partner with Graeme Bostock. He has been recognised for 50 years of practice in the legal profession.
