Peter joined Dwyer Durack in April 2010, became a Director in October 2011 and Managing Director in February 2016. After graduating from the University of Tasmania in 1995, Peter did his articles at the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (Tasmania) before moving to WA in 1997. He worked at Monaghan & Associates and Ilberys Lawyers prior to joining Dwyer Durack.
